Revenue Cycle Management System is an application designed to ensure easy revenue collection. It serves as a gateway through which clients or users will be able to subscribe for a utility, and make payments without necessarily going through the hassles associated with payment in banks and tendering tellers or obtaining receipts.
The application will ensure Merchants register their utility and monitor the effective distribution of their utility. This will also serve as a medium through which owners of the utilities can have first hand information about how the utilities are being utilized and recoup their investment in such areas within the shortest time frame. The online payment is expected to ease revenue generation to the owners of the utility and also enable the client enjoy the services s/ he is been rendered.
For ease of maintenance within the application, the system has been divided into 3 main sections which includes; the Clients, Merchant and Administrator section.
Client Section
| The client section shall serve as the medium through which the client can perform their activities to the best of their knowledge. Some of the operations expected to be carried out by the clients include but not limited to the following: |
- Registration of account to be able to use the application
- Subscribing for utilities.
- Crediting of account without necessarily waiting till the end of the month
- Crediting of account with different payment systems such as ATM, Flash Me Cash etc.
- Easy settlement of bill as at when it is available.
- Fast recharging of credit online for pre-paid utilities.
- Transferring of money from one account to another to ease settling of bills
- View reports which might include but not limited to the following:
a. View Monthly Bill
b. View past Bill
c. View transaction history
d. View Utilities being registered
e. Etc
