Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

We work with our customers in the design, selection, procurement and implementation of EDMS that meets their specific requirements. Unstructured information are assets which you either invested in creating, or paid to acquire and could be on paper, in computers, and in the minds of your people. While 90% of documents today are generated electronically, they are not accessible on-line.
We assist our clients to make valuable information electronically available on-line through EDMS. We have implemented EDMS for some of our clients including Mobil Producing where we successfully implemented a pilot system for the Finance Department few years ago. Our experience in EDMS led to our in-house development of an imaging package used mainly for development and processing of security documents such as “The WAEC Certificate Embossment Scheme”.
